As promised: my first recipe on the blog 🙂
I’m cooking almost every night, but sometimes it has to go fast and easy! Like today! 😉
I chose one of my favorite standart meals: Pasta with a creamy tomato sauce and meat(less)balls 🙂 it’s satisfying, yummie and almost everyone likes to eat it!
Here’s the recipe:
Fry one diced onion in olive oil. I like to add some rosemary, because it gives it a mediterranean touch
As soon as the onions are glazed over, I added chunky chopped garlic which I took out of the pan again after I fried it in the pan for about 5 minutes.
Add some herbs (like the bruschetta herbal mix) and some tomato paste and fry it as well. (I love the smell of this)!
Add a can of (organic) chopped tomatoes and let it cook for about 10 minutes. (Time to cook the pasta in the meantime).
Add some soy cream to give the sauce a creamy texture.
Season to taste the sauce with salt, pepper and some paprika.
Fry the vegan meatballs (based on wheat protein) in a separate pan.
Serve the pasta, sauce and meatballs and enjoy ???
