Today has been a pretty girly/housewifey day for me: I went to a new hairdresser who colors hair with crueltyfree Aveda-products and after I left superblonde, I decided that today would be a great day for baking.
Here’s a pic of my new hair:
I’m usually not a big baking fan, but I found a recipe which is quick and supereasy to make:
Vegan Peanut Butter Brownies
So you start by heating up the oven to 200 degrees (celsius) and covering a baking sheet with baking paper.
After that add 150gr flour, 150gr cocoa powder and 150gr sugar in a bowl. You can use less sugar if you like it less sweet.
Add one cup of espresso (liquid, not powder), 150ml soymilk and about 50ml sunflower oil.
Before you stir everything, you add 1/4 tbls of baking soda and 1tblsp of vanilla flavor. Stir everything up. If it is too liquid still, use some powder sugar to give it a doughier texture!
After it became a nice dough add some dark chocolate chips and stir again.
Spread everything on the baking sheet and bake it for about 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile add 30gr of soft vegan butter with 150gr peanutbutter and stir it. Sieve 150gr of sugar powder into the mixture. Add 1tblsp of vanilla flavor and about 4 tblsps of soymilk and stir it. It should have a creamy, easy-tospread texture.
After you took the brownies out of the oven let the cool down for a bit and then spread the peanutbutter cream!
